Tabason is a beautiful Provencal house in a lovely countryside setting at the foot of the Luberon. Only 2 km from the village of Saignon and 800m from the Hameau of Saint Quentin, this centuries old farmhouse has been totally renovated and offers a calm and quiet place in which to relax amongst the cherry and oak trees.
The house is well-positioned for day long sunshine and has a wonderful view over the Luberon mountains. It is totally detached and private without being too isolated.
The bustling town of Apt is only 3km away and is famous for its weekly Saturday market. Apt has all the shops and services you may need. The historic city of Avignon is 50km away.
The house can welcome a maximum of 8 people and is available all year round.

In a total area of 150m2 there are 5 rooms and one bathroom all with a view over the Luberon.
Kitchen/Living room of 50m2, with a large fireplace. It has 5 windows and a door leading to an outside eating area with its own fountain under the walnut tree.
Lounge/Office of 20 m².
3 bedrooms : Main bedroom with double bed of 160cm and an ensuite washroom. Second bedroom double bed of 140cm. Third bedroom - 2 bunkbeds of 90cm.

The house is surrounded by a large garden with a covered barbecue area for outside eating, again with a direct view over the Luberon. Garden furniture and loungers, hammock and umbrella are all provided, table tennis.....

Activities in the area
There are many beautiful walks in the area from 1 - 3 hours including the Colorado at Rustrel.The famous perched villages of the Luberon - Roussillon, Gordes, Bonnieux, Lourmarin, Lacoste are a short drive away.Hiking trails.
The village of Saignon is well placed for various walking trails which are well marked.
Horseriding - Various horseriding and pony centres in the area.
Swimming Pools - There are 2 large outdoor swimming pools in Apt and most villages have a local pool which is usually open in the summer months. A particularly nice one is at Saint Martin de Castillon - 10 minutes drive from Tabason.
Cycling and Mountain Biking. The house is close to the cycle route which follows the old railway line from Cavaillon to Forcalquier (50km). Beautiful scenery and suitable for all levels.
Festivals: All of the villages have various 'fetes' and events throughout the summer, as well as a weekly market.
